I graduated with a finance degree from the Kelley School of Business here in Indiana and spent years working as a multifamily underwriter for a local bank. Along the way, I recognized a common challenge: high-earning professionals wanted to invest in real estate but didn’t have the time or desire to manage properties. Determined to change that, I left my traditional W-2 job and went all-in on real estate development.
